Beyond the clippers and shampoos, this is the story of why I do what I do—my bond with my own pets.
This picture fills my soul with happiness. Being surrounded by dogs of all shapes and sizes is my happy place, and it's what inspired me to dedicate my career to them.
My dog Aby has quite the personality and loves her accessories. She will happily put her neck through any collar or necklace I hold out for her. It's these fun little moments that make being a pet parent so special.

About My Life with Pets
When I tell you your pet’s comfort is my top priority, I am not just saying that because it is good business. I am saying it because I live it every day with Aby and Polo. Whether it is our beach trips to Goa or just getting Aby to pose with her favorite handmade accessories, I treat them exactly how I would want your dog or cat to be treated at my salon. You are not just booking a service here; you are trusting me with a family member.
My journey with Therpup started not in a sterile office, but in the chaos and joy of raising Aby and Polo. If you see Aby patiently letting me put on her favorite neck accessories, or watching her and Polo hanging out together in Palolem, you are seeing the foundation of my grooming philosophy.
When I say a dog should be comfortable on the table, it comes from knowing that my own pets respond best to kindness, not force. That is why we focus on 'comfort first' over a perfectly groomed coat. If a dog is stressed, we slow down. If a cat needs a waterless bath to stay calm, that is what we do. It is exactly how I would handle my own.
My life with them has taught me that the best grooming outcomes happen when you build trust. I use my own pets as my test subjects for accessories, calming techniques, and even skincare. If it does not make them feel happy and safe, it does not make the cut for your pets either. Whether you are looking for a routine hygiene session or trying out creative coloring, my goal is to bring that same level of love and care to your home.
