• Set of 3 Cylinder Pedestals (White or Gold metal) for cake or floral placement.

Floral & Lighting Accents

• 4 to 6 large bunches of Artificial/Silk Flowers placed within the balloon arch.
• LED Fairy lights woven into the backdrop.
• 2 Focus lights (uplighters) for illumination.

Flooring

• One 6x4 ft fur rug or printed carpet.

Structural Setup

• 10x10 ft Canopy or Cabana structure (Bamboo or Metal pipe).
• Draping of pillars with colorful fabrics (Yellow, Pink, or Orange).

Ceiling & Decor

• Dense balloon roof arrangement covering the canopy ceiling (approx. 500+ balloons).
• Integration of fairy light strings intertwined with balloons.

Seating Arrangement

• Low floor seating setup inside the canopy.
• 2 to 3 floor mattresses with white sheets.
• 6 to 8 colorful embroidered cushions/throw pillows.

Main Stage Decor

• Backdrop: Heavy fabric draping (Satin/Velvet) with C shape or Rectangular frame.
• Florals: Premium Artificial/Silk Flower arrangements on borders (approx. 70% coverage).
• Furniture: One 2 seater VIP Wedding Couch plus 2 side chairs.
• Flooring: Red or White carpet for the stage platform.

Entrance Gate Decoration

• One Thematic Entrance Arch matching the stage decor.
• Combination of Fabric drapes and Artificial Flower bouquets.
• Welcome board on an easel stand.
• Red carpet walkway (10 to 15 ft) leading to the gate.

Material Note

• This package utilizes high quality artificial flowers. Fresh exotic flowers are not included.

Balloon Arrangement

• 50 to 70 Balloons attached to the ceiling using removable glue dots/tape.
• 30 to 40 Loose balloons on the floor.
• 5 to 7 Heart shaped Red Foil Balloons.

Highlight Elements

• Rental 2 ft light up LOVE marquee letters OR Neon sign.
• Heart shape created using Fresh Rose Petals on the bedspread.

Lighting

• 10 to 15 LED Tea light candles.
