When working on expansive properties like resorts or farmhouses, I focus on circulation first. It is not just about aesthetics, but about how people move through the space, from the grand arrival to quiet, private corners. Before we commit to any layout, I map out natural wind flow and sunlight exposure to ensure your greenery thrives without needing excessive water.
Our master plans for large-scale venues like resorts and farmhouses rely on three pillars: scale, flow, and sustainability. A resort is not just a building with plants, it is a living entity. We design wide, tree-lined walkways and grand entry sequences that guide visitors, while simultaneously creating secluded pockets for privacy.
Zoning and Functionality
We identify high-traffic zones early, ensuring hardscaping like granite pavers or WPC decks can handle the footfall. For public parks or large residential lawns, we use a 3-tier planting strategy: tall screening trees at the periphery, flowering shrubs in the middle, and robust ground cover. This ensures depth and variety that looks good in every season.
Water and Light
Whether it is a Koi pond in a Faridabad farmhouse or a central fountain for a banquet hall, water features are built with recirculating pumps to minimize waste. Our lighting plans prioritize low-voltage LEDs that highlight architectural features while keeping energy bills low. This is essential for large properties that require nighttime ambiance.
The Process
Every project starts with a detailed site analysis. We study soil health and water drainage patterns on-site in Jodhpur or Shimla to ensure the selection of species, such as Areca Palms or native Bougainvillea, actually survives the local climate. We do not just plant, we orchestrate environments that grow more beautiful with time.
