Grand-Scale Farmhouse and Botanical Garden Landscapes
Designing vast estates and botanical gardens requires more than just plants. It takes site engineering, heavy machinery, and a vision to blend nature with art.

About this collection
When you look at these botanical gardens and farmhouses, you are seeing the result of serious site engineering. We don't just lay grass; we manage soil health, drainage, and crane-lift 15ft+ mature specimen trees to give you a finished look immediately. It's about blending hardscaping like stone paths and water bodies with the right tree canopy from day one.
The Process: From Empty Plot to Ecosystem
Building on a grand scale is a different challenge than a small terrace garden. Here, the landscape isn't just decoration—it is an ecosystem. Whether it is a private farmhouse or a public botanical garden, my approach is consistent: create something that feels like it has always belonged to the land.
Managing the Land
Before we plant, we move the earth. We use JCBs for leveling, creating natural slopes, and ensuring water drainage is perfect. This prevents monsoon waterlogging and sets the stage for everything else. You will see us creating water features, Koi ponds, and stone sculptures that act as anchors in these wide-open spaces.
Specimen Trees and Art
Why wait years for shade? We source and transplant 10-15 year old trees—Olive, Plumeria, Ficus—using crane operations to place them exactly where they need to go. We mix these with living sculptures and custom stone art. At our Hyderabad project, for instance, we integrated thousands of bougainvillea with topiary to create a sea of color.
Sustainable Systems
A large garden needs to survive without constant human intervention. We install drip irrigation with automated timers so the landscape stays healthy, even when you aren't around. From grid-pattern orchards for fruit production to double-row hedges for privacy, every inch is planned for utility and beauty. If you have an empty plot or a large estate, let's talk about the vision.
Ratnashri Landscapers
I am Dr. Krishna Chavan. My team and I build large-scale landscapes like farmhouses and public gardens because nature is my teacher and my passion. Everything we do, from moving earth to planting mature trees, is done with an effort that honors the land and my mother's blessings.
