For structures, we often use powder-coated Mild Steel (MS) frameworks with WPC or polycarbonate roofing, ensuring durability against both the harsh Delhi sun and monsoon rains. Flooring is key to comfort; we recommend a mix of anti-skid tiles, natural stone pavers, or high-quality artificial grass to define spaces without adding excessive weight.
Horticulture is the life of the terrace. We select plants that thrive in pots or raised beds, such as Areca palms for privacy screens, flowering shrubs, or hardy creepers for the pergola. For smaller rooftops, our vertical green walls bring in the aesthetic of a sprawling garden without taking up valuable floor area. We finish these spaces with strategic low-voltage lighting, path bollards, and smart automation for irrigation, making sure your retreat remains beautiful and easy to manage throughout the year.
