A collection of our favorite event transformations, showcasing the range of our design work from intimate rituals to grand celebrations across Mumbai.

We created this immersive Pichwai-themed entrance for an event at Hiravati Banquet. The walkway is lined with custom cow cutouts against a backdrop of traditional Rajasthani art, while the ceiling is adorned with hanging floral arrangements and golden birdcages, guiding guests into a magical space.

This outdoor lounge area was designed for a vibrant Garba night. We used a series of colorful arches with intricate gold lattice work and ribbon canopies to create semi-private seating zones, combining modern comfort with a festive, traditional atmosphere.

For a Ram-themed thread ceremony, we designed this grand stage setup at Siddharth Banquets. The backdrop features palatial arches and rich drapery, complemented by a stage fascia with traditional motifs and marigold floral arrangements to create a truly royal ambiance.

This video highlights our large-scale production for the North Bombay Durga Puja at SNDT Juhu. We transformed the venue with a Moroccan-inspired theme, featuring opulent arches, intricate ceiling designs, and a grand stage for the deity, demonstrating our capability to manage major community festivals.

We believe details make the difference. This setup for a pre-wedding ceremony features polished brass props, including vases and diyas, filled with fragrant mogra and rajnigandha flowers, creating an elegant and auspicious focal point.

This stage was designed for a modern Janoi ceremony with a serene pink and white color palette. The backdrop is a curtain of delicate white floral strings accented with pink flowers, framed by traditional banana trees, blending tradition with contemporary aesthetics.

This video captures the beautiful moments of a Lagan Lakhwanu ceremony we decorated. The setup features a custom Pichwai theme with Shreenathji and cow motifs, elegant seating for the family, and traditional elements that honor the sanctity of this pre-wedding ritual.

About Featured

When we design for a venue like Hiravati or Siddharth, we focus on how the space flows rather than just filling it with decor. We mix permanent structures with custom props, ensuring that the theme—whether it is a serene Pichwai setup or a bright festive stage—looks natural in the room, not forced.

Designing an event is about matching the aesthetic to the emotion of the day. For pre-wedding rituals like Lagan Lakhwanu, we lean into traditional Pichwai art and brass elements, which bring a grounded, classic feel to the space. When we move to larger celebrations, such as Sangeet nights or community festivals, we shift our focus to scale, lighting, and immersive backdrops that stand up to larger audiences.

Our approach to venue transformation is practical. We understand the layouts of popular Mumbai spots like Hiravati and Siddharth Banquets intimately, which allows us to plan entrances, seating, and stage placement efficiently. We do not just provide props; we manage the volume of florals, the lighting temperature, and the structural integrity of your stage backdrop. Whether you bring us a Pinterest moodboard or ask us to create something from scratch, we work to balance your vision with the physical constraints of the venue to ensure the final result looks as good in person as it does in photos.
