I get it - sometimes you need to escape the city’s madness, other times you just want a good sweat. That’s exactly what my spa and fitness spaces are for. You’ll find me at Fortune Park East Delhi, keeping things chill but top-notch.

Spa Vibes at Iyasya

Iyasya is my calm corner where you can switch off from the Dilli chaos. Walk in, and you’ll feel the stress start to fade. I use my own blends of therapeutic massage oils (think Ojas for energy, Saukhya for wellness). You can pick from:

• Soothing massages that actually loosen up those knots
• Facials for that “just woke up glowing” look
• Body scrubs if your skin’s feeling meh
• Foot therapies for tired, city-walking feet

If you’re coming with your partner or a friend, I have rooms set up for a couples spa retreat. Sharing some chill time just hits different.

Gym, Anytime

Don’t let travel mess with your routine. My 24-hour fitness center has everything - cardio machines, dumbbells, strength gear, and a turf track. There’s even a boxing zone if you want to punch out some stress. The vibe’s industrial chic gym, so you feel pumped but not crowded.

Choose Your Own Wellness

Whether you want to zone out or fire up your muscles, the space is yours. It’s not always perfect - sometimes the gym gets busy or you might want more privacy in the spa, but overall, I try to keep it welcoming and easy. Come as you are, leave a bit lighter.
