Premium Social Banquet Package
Venue & Setup
- Hall Access: Usage of 'Jashn' (Ground Floor) or 'Sehar' (2nd Floor) based on availability.
- Furniture: Round tables with crisp white linen, banquet chairs with white covers, and satin sashes.
- Lighting: In-hall chandelier lighting with dimmer controls.
- Staging: Basic 8ft x 12ft carpeted riser blocks for main family seating or cake cutting.
Food & Beverage (The Fortune Feast)
- Welcome Drinks: Tray-circulated Mocktails, Juices, and Soft Drinks upon arrival.
- Starters: 4 Vegetarian and 4 Non-Vegetarian snacks (e.g., Chicken Tikka, Fish Fingers, Paneer Tikka) served for 90 minutes.
- Live Counter: 1 Interactive Station (Choice of Pasta, Chaat, or Tawa Vegetables).
- Buffet Spread: Salad bar (6 varieties), North Indian Mains (Butter Chicken, Mutton Rogan Josh, Dal Makhani), Seasonal Veg, Flavoured Rice, and Assorted Tandoori Breads.
- Dessert: 3 varieties including hot Halwa, Rasmalai, and Ice Cream.
Service & Amenities
- Staffing: 1 waiter per 15 guests for table clearing and water refills.
- Dining Ware: Stainless steel cutlery and bone china crockery.
- Parking: Complimentary valet parking for all guests.
- Facilities: Access to Bridal/Green room for quick changes (subject to availability).

- Duration: 9-hour usage slot (typically 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM).
- Space: 'Sehar'/'Jashn' halls for groups >30 or Wood-paneled Boardroom for <15 pax.
- Setup: Flexible seating (U-Shape, Classroom, Cluster) with linen-draped tables.
- Supplies: Fortune Park branded notepads, pencils, mints, and glass water tumblers per delegate.
Audio-Visual Tech
- Visual: High-lumens LCD Projector with motorized drop-down screen (or large wall-mounted screen in Boardroom).
- Audio: PA system with 1 Cordless Microphone (Handheld/Lapel) and podium mic.
- Network: Dedicated high-speed Wi-Fi access for delegates.
- Support: IT/AV technician available for initial setup.
Catering (Zodiac Menu)
- Morning Break: Tea/Coffee with cookies and 1 hot savory snack (Samosa or Cutlet).
- Buffet Lunch: Served at Zodiac or banquet area featuring Soup, Salad Bar, North Indian Mains (Veg & Non-Veg), Dal, Rice, Breads, and Desserts.
- Evening Break: Tea/Coffee with cakes or biscuits.
- Hydration: 500ml sealed mineral water bottles replenished post-lunch.
