How We Prep Your Setup

Decorating is not just about blowing up balloons. It is about logistics, timing, and making sure the final look matches your vision. When our team arrives at your home or event hall, we follow a routine that we have perfected over many parties.

1. Precision Inflation & Sizing You might see balloons, but we see structure. We size our balloons carefully so that the arches and columns look uniform and full. Whether it is metallic, chrome, or pastel balloons, we group them to maintain the shape of the arch for the entire duration of your party.

2. Backdrop & Wall Installation If you have requested a shimmer wall or a custom printed flex banner, that is where we start. We secure the backdrop first because it acts as the anchor for the entire setup. We then build the balloon garland around it, ensuring the neon signs are centered and the floral accents are perfectly woven in.

3. Handling the Details From placing the LED focus lights to setting up the cake tables and sunboard cutouts, every element is placed with purpose. We are based in Delhi NCR but travel all over India to set these up. We know that things can sometimes go wrong—a balloon might pop or the weather might act up—but we do our best to fix it on the spot so you can just enjoy the party.
