We’re more than just coaches. We’re a football family in Navi Mumbai dedicated to building future stars through discipline, skill, and a lot of passion.
We are the Football Academy of Navi Mumbai, founded in 2018 to build future stars. Our mission is to lead grassroots football by empowering young talent with skills, discipline, and teamwork.
Meet Shubham Ojha, our D-Licensed coach. He emphasizes a possession-based style and focuses on building mental toughness, creativity, and a winning mindset in our players.
Introducing Rahul Umesh Prasad, a D-Licensed coach at our academy. His philosophy is centered on ensuring young kids enjoy the game, emphasizing fun and skill-building at the grassroots level.
Get to know Ashutosh Chatterjee, another of our D-Licensed coaches. He specializes in possession-based football, tactical flexibility, and fostering technical skills with a team-first mentality.
This is Abhinay Singh, a D-Licensed coach focused on nurturing young talent. Inspired by FC Barcelona, he is committed to developing homegrown players with creative gameplay.
A coach observes a training session from the sidelines. Our staff is always analyzing and planning, ensuring every session is productive and tailored to our players' needs.

Our coaching doesn't come from a textbook. Whether you are training at our Nerul, Vashi, or Koparkhairane centers, our coaches focus on small group attention. This ensures your child isn't just one of many on the pitch but gets the specific technical corrections they need to improve their touch, decision-making, and confidence.
Our Coaching Philosophy
At FANM, we believe football is a game of passion and discipline. Our coaches are AIFF licensed and bring a mix of styles to the pitch. Some of us focus heavily on possession-based football to build technical intelligence, while others emphasize the joy of the game to keep young players engaged and hungry to return. We don't just teach techniques; we teach kids how to think on the field.
Why Licensing Matters
When you trust us with your child's training, you deserve to know that they are in capable hands. Our coaches are not just players who love the game. They hold AIFF/AFC D-Licenses, which means they are trained to handle youth development, safety, and injury prevention. We know the difference between pushing a player to be better and pushing them too hard.
Training for Everyone
- Youth Development: We run structured drills for kids aged 4-17, focusing on agility, ball control, and tactical awareness.
- Adult Sessions: For parents and adults, we strip away the intensity of competition and focus on fitness, movement, and having a good time.
- Community Events: We organize parent-child days and tournaments like the FANM SUPER CUP because we believe the football journey is better when shared with family.
