About Our Coaching Team & Philosophy
We believe that great football starts with mentorship. Whether it is tying a shoelace for a U-5 player or providing tactical analysis for our U-16 squad, our coaches, Allwyn, Shruti, Shadab, and Axel, are present on the pitch to guide, correct, and encourage. We maintain a small coach to student ratio to ensure that no child feels lost in the crowd.

At SoccerStarzz Academy, we teach more than just ball control and passing. We focus on 'bhook', the hunger for the game, and the character required to sustain it. Our licensed coaches understand that every child has a different learning pace. We don't just run drills; we mentor.

Why Mentorship Matters
Football is a high-pressure environment. Our role is to create a safety net for that pressure. We focus on building discipline, teaching players how to handle both victory and defeat, and encouraging a 'team-first' mindset. By fostering a positive, non-judgmental environment, we ensure that players are excited to show up, regardless of whether it is a sunny Saturday or a rainy day in Malad. We are here to shape individuals who carry the values they learn on the pitch into their daily lives.
