Meet our founder and C-License certified coach, Dilip Manoharan. With a background playing for Mohun Bagan FC, he leads our academy with a philosophy of empowerment, discipline, and continuous growth for every player.

Our FANM Super Cup tournaments at spots like St. Mary’s ICSE School are where we test that training. You’ll see 6-a-side intensity, but also the camaraderie that defines us. I’m Dilip Manoharan, and I founded FANM because I wanted a football community that feels like a family. I’ve played for Mohun Bagan, but my real pride is watching kids and parents lace up their boots together on a Sunday morning. We’re here to help you get better, laugh louder, and play with real passion.
