Vibrant Haldi & Mehendi Decor
Core Structure & Backdrop
- Main Seating: 8x8 ft backdrop with bright satin/georgette draping (Yellow/Orange) and hanging marigold or tuberose tassels.
- Couple Furniture: Choice of brass Urli, decorated wooden Jhula (swing), or velvet sofa with floral pedestals.
- Flooring: Printed flex (checks/patterns) or colored carpets for the 12x12 ft main stage area.
Floral & Prop Details
- Flowers: High density usage of local Marigolds and Tuberoses with filler greens. Accents of roses/orchids.
- Large Props: 4-6 thematic items such as painted cycles, auto-rickshaw photobooth, puppets, or fiber parrots.
- Detailing: Hanging brass Matkas, kaleeras, and dreamcatchers on trees or structures.
Guest Area & Entrance
- Entrance: 10ft wide gate with fabric drapes and hanging bells/latkans.
- Guest Seating: Colorful cushion covers, bolsters, and table runners for up to 50 existing venue furniture sets.
- Signage: Welcome board and Hashtag easel cutout.
Sangeet & Cocktail Night Decor
Stage & Lighting
- Stage Decor: 20-24 ft wide setup featuring shimmer walls, printed thematic backdrops (e.g., Moroccan), or floral foliage walls.
- Intelligent Lighting: Truss-mounted Sharpies, Moving Heads, and Par Cans to create Purple/Blue/Gold wash effects.
- Console: DJ booth masked to match the specific theme.
Ceiling & Ambiance
- Ceiling Treatment: Fairy-light mesh canopy or scalloped fabric drapes over the dining area for a 'Starry Night' effect.
- Chandeliers: Hanging acrylic crystal or floral chandeliers at the entrance, bar, and stage focal points.
- Walkway: Carpeted aisle (Red/Black) with floor-mounted candles or lanterns.
Dining & Bar
- Bar Setup: Custom fabricated 16-20ft bar front with neon signage (e.g., 'Cheers') and counter florals.
- Centerpieces: Decor for 20 round tables including tall metal candelabras, artificial pillars, and fresh Rose/Carnation bunches.
- Photobooth: One themed photo op spot (Wings, Mirror Frame, or Floral Ring) with props.

The Mandap Structure
- Main Build: 10x10 ft or 12x12 ft open-air 4-pillar structure. Styles include Modern Rustic (Driftwood/Pampas) or Traditional (Gold/Red drapes).
- Florals: High-density floral arrangements on top headers and pillar wrappings using Rajnigandha and Roses.
- Interiors: Center chandelier, two royal chairs for the couple, and low seating for parents/pandit.
- Vedi: Prepared fire pit area (Havan Kund) with carpeted base.
Aisle & Entrance
- Grand Entrance: 12-15 ft wide elaborate floral archway with hanging bells, crystals, or flowers.
- Walkway: 40-60 ft carpeted aisle flanked by 8-10 matching floral pedestals or candle holders.
- Bridal Entry: Includes standard floral Phoolon Ki Chadar.
Guest Area & Dining
- Seating: Theatre-style layout decor with chair covers or tie-backs (chairs provided by venue).
- Dining Tables: Decor for up to 40 round tables including brocade/satin overlays and premium floral centerpieces (Hydrangea/Lilies).
- Buffet: Floral runners and canopy dressing for main food counters.

Weddings are stories, and I love setting the scene for every chapter. For me, it's not just about flowers and drapes - it's about capturing your vibe, whether it’s full-on filmy or simple and soulful.
Pre-Wedding Vibes
Haldi and Mehndi need their own energy. For a classic haldi, I go all out with traditional marigold wedding decor (genda phool, bright yellows, messy strings everywhere). Boho mehndi decoration is my jam too - peacock chairs, charpais, pampas, and colours that pop. Sometimes, we just mix it up with poolside fun and quirky props.
Sangeet & Engagement Nights
Here’s where we get glam. Think shimmering stages, chandeliers, and photo booths for those Insta moments. Love doing Sufi-inspired sangeet setup too, with rich drapes, low seating, and jaali work.
Main Event - The Wedding
The mandap is everything. I build rustic mandap designs with wood, white flowers, pampas. Or go classic with reds, roses, and tuberose. And yes, phoolon ki chadar for your entry.
Receptions & Sundowners
If you want starry nights, I’ll string up fairy lights and greenery. For indoor, ask me about enchanted forest wedding theme or neon-lit bar setups.
