A glimpse into my favorite setups. From grand reception canopies at Alila Fort to intimate Sufi-inspired evenings, this is where I push the limits of flowers and lighting to build a space that feels entirely yours.
This is what dreams are made of. For this reception at Alila Fort, I created a magical 'starry night' experience with a vast canopy of fairy lights, creating an unforgettable ambiance for the couple and their guests under the open sky.
I designed this dramatic entrance to transport guests into another world. The combination of flowing white drapes, custom geometric flooring, and immersive blue LED walls created a grand and surreal welcome for this Sufiyana-themed evening.
A mandap should feel sacred and breathtaking. I designed this modern rustic mandap with a wooden frame, delicate chandeliers, and wild pampas grass, set against a stunning natural backdrop for an open-air ceremony.
The energy of a Haldi ceremony starts at the entrance. I used bold yellow framing and dense strings of traditional marigolds to create a vibrant and joyful welcome that sets the tone for the fun-filled event ahead.
This video captures the essence of a Sufi Soirée I designed. The decor is built around a rich fusion of colors, from deep magentas to royal blues, complemented by intricate jaali patterns and warm lighting to create a perfect Moroccan aura.
For a modern, chic Mehndi, I love creating a boho vibe. This setup features iconic peacock chairs against a backdrop of dried pampas grass, blending natural textures with a relaxed, stylish seating arrangement for the couple.
Nothing says classic Indian wedding like the color red. This reception stage is drenched in red, from the floral carpet to the intricate backdrop, creating a powerful, romantic, and cinematic setting for the couple's grand celebration.
I love bringing fairy tales to life. For this engagement, I designed an enchanted forest entryway with a lush canopy of hanging greenery, white orchids, and sparkling chandeliers, making the couple's entrance truly magical.
The bridal entry is a pivotal moment. I designed this delicate 'phoolon ki chadar' using a web of baby's breath, creating a light, ethereal canopy that looked beautiful against the bride's traditional red lehenga.
About Featured
When you look through these setups, notice the structural work—not just the flowers. Whether it is a 16-foot bar fabrication or a custom-built mandap, I prioritize how the decor holds up during a long night. If you are planning an event at a specific venue, let’s discuss what is actually feasible for your floor plan rather than just working off a generic mood board.
How We Build Your Vibe
Every wedding has a rhythm. My goal isn't just to decorate; it is to build an environment that matches the mood of the event. For the Alila Fort reception, the challenge was the scale—we had to install a fairy-light canopy that felt intimate without losing the grandeur of the fort. For the Sufi-Soirée, it was about the details: rich fabrics, jaali patterns, and specific lighting to get that Moroccan aura right.
What Goes Into the Setup
- Lighting Strategy: It changes everything after sunset. We use truss-mounted Sharpies and Par Cans, not just to light up the space, but to create a mood—whether that is a 'starry night' for a reception or a deep purple wash for a cocktail night.
- Floral Density: You will notice I don't skimp on the base. We layer local Marigolds and Tuberoses with filler greens to ensure the decor looks lush from every angle, not just the front.
- Custom Fabrications: From neon signage to bespoke photobooth frames, I build or customize elements to ensure your event doesn't look like a catalogue cut-out.
Planning for Your Date
I prefer to start with a site visit or a floor plan review. Every venue in Delhi NCR has its quirks—some have beautiful natural backgrounds we should leave alone, others need a complete drape transformation. Once we lock in the venue, we can talk about the floral palette and the structures that will make the most impact for your guest count.

I am Pankaj. For me, it is all about the mix—flowers, lights, and that spark of magic. I do not believe in templates; I believe in taking your vibe and building a space that feels like you, whether it is a loud, vibrant Haldi or a quiet, soulful Sufi night.
