How We Make Fitness Fun
We built Flava to be the opposite of those quiet, intimidating gyms. Here, the music is loud, the steps are simple, and there is absolutely zero judgment.
The Workout Mix
- Morning Batches (Aerobics & HIIT): These are focused, structured sessions designed for fat loss and muscle toning. We use body-weight training, HIIT, and chair exercises to get your heart rate up before the day starts.
- Evening Batches (Zumba): This is where we let loose. Choreographed to catchy Bollywood and Latin tracks, these sessions are all about burning calories without even realizing you're working out.
The Studio Setup
We keep things real and comfortable:
- Sound: High-volume PA speakers so you never lose the beat.
- Flooring: We use standard vitrified tiles. We highly recommend wearing high-cushion sports shoes to keep your joints happy while you jump.
- Facilities: We provide a clean, energetic space with fans, a water dispenser, and a basic changing corner.

Absolutely. Our classes have a mix of all fitness levels. Whether you are looking to lose weight, gain strength, or just shake off the day's stress, you will fit right in. No complex coordination required—just bring your energy and get ready to have some fun.
