A warm hello. I believe a comfortable and trusting relationship is the first step to successful learning. I bring this same open and positive energy to every 1-on-1 tutoring session to help your child feel confident and ready to learn.
My approach to teaching is creative and introspective, much like my work as an artist. I focus on finding that unique spark in each student and nurturing their curiosity to build a deep, lasting understanding of subjects like English, French, and Maths.
About Meet Your Tutor
I do not believe in rigid, one-size-fits-all lessons. Whether we are meeting online via Zoom or I am visiting your home in Bengaluru, I tailor every session to your child’s current struggle—be it a tricky maths concept or a lack of confidence in language—rather than just rushing to finish a syllabus.
Why I Teach
Learning should be a celebration of curiosity, not a source of stress. Since 2011, my approach has been rooted in the belief that every child is different. I move at a pace that feels right for the student so that confidence grows naturally. When a child understands the 'why' behind a subject, the marks naturally follow.
My Areas of Focus
I keep my subjects limited to those where I can guarantee deep, real understanding rather than surface-level memorisation:
- English: Grades 2–10
- French: Grades 2–10
- Maths: Grades 2–7
How We Work Together
I offer two ways for us to connect, depending on what works best for your family's schedule and environment:
- Online Sessions: We use digital whiteboarding and real-time screen sharing to make online learning feel just as interactive as a physical classroom. This works great for students who need focused, screen-based guidance.
- In-Person Home Tutoring: If you are based in Bengaluru, I can come to your home. In these sessions, I focus on physical aspects of learning that screens often miss—correcting pen grip, improving writing posture, and managing attention in a distraction-free physical space. I also review school notebooks and conduct timed exam simulations to help reduce test anxiety.
My goal is to be more than a tutor. I am a mentor who brings the same dedication to your child’s education that I bring to my own work as a performer.
