From Basics to Modern Mixology
Bartending is 50 percent chemistry and 50 percent performance. In our sessions, we strip away the complex jargon to teach you the fundamentals that every great bartender needs. You will learn to properly handle bar tools—jiggers, shakers, and muddlers—so your service is fast, precise, and consistent.
What You Will Master
- The Big Three Techniques: We break down the difference between shaking for dilution and aeration, stirring for clarity and texture, and rolling to gently integrate heavy ingredients. You will practice these until they become second nature.
- House-made Components: A good cocktail is defined by its ingredients. You will learn to craft your own simple syrups, infusions, and cordials. We even cover modern touches like cocktail caviar to help you stand out.
- Flavor Balancing: You will learn to deconstruct classics like the Old Fashioned or Negroni, then apply that knowledge to create your own signature drinks using local Indian spirits and fresh ingredients.
