About Bartender Training & Certification
Bartending is More Than Just a Job
For us, bartending is about stories, style, and skill—way more than just pouring drinks. We see each cocktail as a chance to be creative and bring a little theatre to the bar. Our school is all about passing on that passion and helping you step into the world of professional bartending.
Flair Bartending: Skill + Show
Flair bartending school isn't just about flipping bottles for fun. We break it down:
- Working flair: everyday smooth moves, great for speed and making a regular shift more interesting.
- Exhibition flair: the flashy side, with routines and tricks like shadow passes and elbow stalls. Doesn't matter if you're a complete beginner or already tried a few tricks—learning is step-by-step and pretty fun.
Hands-On Mixology & Cocktail Making
We’re big on doing, not just watching. You’ll get behind a real bar, mixing over 60 cocktails—both classics and new stuff.
- Learn why and how: shaking, stirring, muddling, rolling—all the basics and what makes each unique.
- Make your own syrups and infusions. Even try out things like cocktail caviar for a modern touch.
- At the end, you walk away with a cocktail making certification.
Spirits & Bar Life
Aree bhai, kabhi socha hai Cognac aur Armagnac mein kya farak hai? (Hey friend, ever wondered the difference between Cognac and Armagnac?) We go deep but keep it light—covering gin stories, whisky rules, and vodka’s roots. Sometimes we even bring in big brand experts for a masterclass.
Real Bar Experience
We train in Pune and Bengaluru, with proper bar setups. You’ll check out real bars, see new gear, and get a feel for the industry. Our alumni work everywhere from Indian hotspots to Dubai resorts. If you want a real bar career starter course, this is it.

My Story
Hey, we’re Flairology. Started by Sachin Gowda, but now it’s a whole crew. For us, bartending is half art, half show – every pour, every flip, every story behind a drink. We’ve judged, won, travelled, but nothing beats teaching someone how to nail a flair move or explain, 'Doston, yeh dono brandy hai jise grape se banaya jaata hai.' Watching our students like Adesh crack big competitions? That’s our high. We’re here to build a tribe of Flairologists, not just bartenders.
