About this collection
We do not believe in dry textbooks and stale theory. Our training happens behind a real bar, using professional tools, where you learn the science of shaking, stirring, and muddling. You are not just memorizing recipes; you are building the speed, confidence, and technique required to land jobs in top-tier bars.
Hands-On Training
We focus on what actually happens when you step behind a bar. Our curriculum is built around the reality of the hospitality industry, not just classroom theory. In our Pune and Bengaluru studios, you get a dedicated individual bar station equipped with professional shakers, jiggers, and muddlers.
Mixology and Flair
Our courses are split into two core disciplines:
- Mixology: You will learn to prepare over 60 classic and contemporary cocktails. We teach you the chemistry behind the drink—why we stir, why we shake, and how to create your own syrups and infusions. You will even get hands-on with advanced techniques like molecular mixology.
- Flair: This is where performance meets utility. We break down flair into two categories: 'Working Flair' for speed and efficiency during your shift, and 'Exhibition Flair' for stage routines and competitions. Our trainers are Guinness World Record holders who make these complex moves approachable.
Career Foundation
Learning to mix is the start, but we aim to make you employable. We cover soft skills, grooming, and interview preparation. Our alumni have gone on to work at established venues like Sidecar in Delhi, and we offer placement support to help you find your footing in the industry. Whether you are aiming for a career in a local hotspot or a resort in Dubai, we provide the certification and the network to get you there.
