About Strength Training Zone
Unlike commercial gyms where machines are often out of order or crowded, our Sector 76 floor is maintained daily. You won’t be left guessing on the heavy stuff either—our floor trainers are constantly walking the zone. If you’re struggling with a bench press setup or need a spot on a heavy deadlift, they’re right there to guide your form before you even have to ask.
We have curated our equipment to minimize wait times, even during peak evening hours. The layout is split between our free-weight section—featuring dumbbells up to 40kg, barbells, and multiple benches—and a dedicated machine circuit including leg press, cable crossovers, and lat pulldowns. For those shifting into functional training, our green turf zone is stocked with battle ropes, tires, and kettlebells, moving away from static machine repetition.
What makes this zone different is the 'GYMएदारी' (Gym-ship) culture. Strength training can feel intimidating if you’re new to lifting, but our environment is designed to be the opposite. Whether it's a trainer helping you fix your back angle on a bent-over row or a fellow member spotting you during a heavy squat, the focus is on safety and consistent progress.
We keep the space clean and organized. Expect daily access from 5:30 AM to 10:00 PM. If you are training specifically for muscle gain or strength, our trainers offer initial body composition assessments to track your progress beyond the mirror. Standard memberships include full floor access, so you can pair your heavy lifting with our cardio zones or group classes like Zumba and Yoga whenever you need a change of pace.
