About Sitter Sessions (6-9 Months)
I plan these sessions to be more like playtime than a formal shoot. We set aside 90 minutes so there is zero rush for snack breaks or outfit changes, and I use specific creative setups like my 'In the Box' collage or themed props to make sure we capture genuine giggles rather than stiff, forced expressions.
The sitter stage is arguably the most delightful milestone. At six to nine months, your baby is likely sitting up unassisted but not yet walking, which opens up so many possibilities for portraits. My studio in Hebbal is fully equipped for this stage, focusing on comfort and safety above all else.
What happens during a session?
Every sitter session includes:
- Custom Themes: Whether you want a 'Little Chef' setup, a garden theme, or my popular 9-grid 'In the Box' composite, we can tailor the decor to match your vision.
- Outfit Changes: I provide two outfit changes, from dungarees to tutus, ensuring the photos look varied and artistic.
- Creative Direction: I specialize in capturing the 'real' stuff. If your baby needs to take a minute to settle or wants a quick snack, we take that time. The goal is to get those authentic expressions that you will look back on for years.

While phone photos are great, a professional session provides high-resolution, edited images that you can actually print and frame. I use specific lighting and props that define a 'milestone' portrait, distinct from everyday snapshots. Being a certified photographer, I ensure every prop is sanitized and every pose is supportive for a baby who is still learning their balance.
