Faaya is more than a design studio. Explore the stories behind our collections, our partnerships with fellow creatives, and the journey of turning traditional Indian craftsmanship into modern heirlooms for your home.

I'd like to invite you to explore the world of Faaya. This video tells our story, showing how we work with Indian artisans to craft world-inspired gifts. It’s a look at our design process, our inspirations, and our dedication to the art of luxury gifting.

We found ourselves in your Sunday morning read! I was so thrilled to see our Faaya Focus collection featured in The New Indian Express. Moments like these remind us why we do what we do, and we are so grateful to share our story and passion for conscious creativity.

A fun rapid-fire challenge with designer Rohaan Dalwani for our Faaya Finds series. It’s always inspiring to connect with other creatives and hear their perspective on design, even in a quick, fun format like this!

Architecture meets instinct in this episode of Faaya Finds with interior designer Jehan-Ara Poonawala. We sat down in her beautifully designed home to talk about inspiration, personality, and the nuances that bring a space to life.

A glimpse into a beautiful birthday celebration at The Table, where our serveware was chosen to add extra sparkle to the special day. It brings me so much joy to see our pieces become a part of our clients' memorable moments.

About this collection

Every piece at Faaya starts as a conversation, often with skilled makers in Jaipur or fellow designers here in Mumbai. When I sit down to style a space, I am not just choosing an object; I am looking for that specific interplay of texture, light, and history that makes a house feel like a home. It is why you will see us working with varied voices, from rapid-fire design chats to styling tables at places like The Table, ensuring our intentional maximalism feels authentic to the person living in it.

My design philosophy is simple: we create modern heirlooms, not just decor. Each object, whether a sculptural vase from our Faaya Focus line or a hand-painted tray, begins with a memory, the thump of a wooden block on fabric or the scent of fresh mogras. We work closely with craftspeople in India to translate these traditional techniques into forms that sit comfortably in a contemporary home.

Getting featured in The New Indian Express was a humbling moment, but the real joy comes from our 'Faaya Finds' series. Sitting down with designers like Jehan-Ara Poonawala or Rohaan Dalwani is not just about fun conversations; it is about uncovering how different personalities translate the same idea of 'home' into their own spaces. It shows that styling is not a rigid set of rules, but a fluid expression of who you are.

Ultimately, we want to help you create spaces that are full, yet breathable. Whether you are hosting a brunch at The Table or just styling a quiet corner of your console, the goal is to mix textures—ceramic, metallic, wood—and tell your own story. If you are looking to bring that same balance into your own life, I am always happy to discuss how we can work together.

I am Falguni, and for me, design is about storytelling. I built Faaya to bridge the gap between Indian heritage and modern living, turning everyday objects into modern heirlooms that carry a sense of home.
