My journey started 12 years ago, working security, which taught me the one thing most event planners miss: the value of on-ground reality. I launched Evolves Group because I saw a gap in the market. Too many planners have theory, but they lack the practical grit to handle real-world challenges like rain, vendor delays, or sudden plan changes.

We operate out of our Indiranagar office, which serves double duty as a creative workspace for client projects and an active training academy for our students. This dual structure is our biggest strength. Our students learn by working on live events, which keeps our standards current and our execution sharper than the average agency. When we say we handle end-to-end management, it means we own the process, from the first e-invite to the last piece of cold pyro at your reception.

We have won awards like the Karnataka Vidyaratna, not because we chase trophies, but because we treat event management as a duty—or what I call 'dharma.' We are transparent about what we do. If a venue has limitations, we tell you upfront. If a decoration idea will not work for your specific budget, we suggest an alternative that looks just as good but costs less.
