About From Our Students: Practical Training & Projects

Look at these 'Jurassic' and 'Candyland' setups. These weren't built by seasoned pros, but by our students during their practical exams. I give them the budget, the venue constraints, and a deadline. They handle the balloon garlands, the prop placement, and even the tricky special effects like cold pyros. If you see a small tape mark or an imperfect arch, that is where the real learning happened.

We don't teach just to fill seats. When students join our event management courses in Indiranagar, they start with the basics of balloon art and floral techniques, but they quickly move to executing live setups.

The Curriculum of Reality

We cover the stuff that textbooks ignore. How do you handle a client who changes the theme two hours before the event? How do you source props when the market is dry? These projects are the result of that training.

  • Design & Concept: Students learn to visualize a space and create floor plans that work.
  • Hands-on Execution: From 8ft backdrops to intricate cloud-themed balloon work, they build everything themselves.
  • Technical Skill: We don't hide the mechanics. Students are taught how to handle dry ice, pyros, and lighting angles, ensuring safety is prioritized alongside the visual impact.

By the time a student submits a project like the ones shown here, they have managed vendor coordination, color palettes, and client expectations. This isn't just about making things look pretty. It is about understanding the business, the stress, and the sheer effort required to deliver an event on time. Whether it is a simple surprise setup or a grand corporate event, they learn to take full responsibility for the outcome.
