When we host a tournament, the refereeing is managed by people who know the rules of the game, and the event flow is handled by individuals who understand exactly what it feels like to chase a win on the pitch or court.

Our approach comes from years spent on the field. Adiba Mohsin, our founder, brings over a decade of sports industry experience to the table. She leads our vision with a focus on making sports accessible, pulling from her deep background in basketball. Vivek Easwaran, our director, holds an AFC B Coaching License. He handles the technical side of our operations, from complex fixture planning to ensuring our matches meet professional standards. He brings his firsthand expertise as a former national-level futsal player to every game we organize in Bengaluru.

Namrata Avasthi manages our events and business operations. As a former national-level basketball player, she understands the intensity required for a successful league day. She makes sure the logistics, from on-site physios to hydration stations, run without a hitch.
