Featured Event Planning and Decor Highlights
A look at the events we have brought to life, where every detail is intentional and every moment is crafted to feel real.
I believe a reception stage shouldn't just be a backdrop, but the heart of the celebration. For Roshan and Ria, I designed this elegant masterpiece with cascading white florals, classic chandeliers, and a distinct checkered floor to create a setting that was both grand and timeless.
A Haldi ceremony should be an explosion of joy. For Jay and Jinal's 'Pop Carnival' theme, I used a riot of color, quirky pop-art cushions, and a dramatic fan-style backdrop to create a fun, high-energy photo spot that perfectly captured their vibrant personalities.
A couple's entry is the first big moment of the reception, and it has to be spectacular. For Ryan and Ela, we created this electrifying entrance with perfectly timed cold pyro guns, turning their walk-in into a show-stopping memory for everyone present.
A walk down the aisle is a walk towards forever. For Gayani and Stephen's church wedding, I created this classic and reverent path with a bold red carpet, framed by a breathtaking arch of white flowers, ensuring their 'I do' moment was as beautiful as their story.
I don't believe in 'chala lenge, chalta hai' (we'll manage, it's fine). This behind-the-scenes look at a corporate installation shows my team's commitment to precision. Even for a small setup, every detail is obsessed over because quality is non-negotiable.
I love creating unique experiences for guests. For Benoj and Mebin's engagement, we set up an interactive perfume bar where guests could create their own signature scents. It's these little touches that make a celebration truly memorable and personal.
The beauty of an event is often in its smallest corners. This traditional decor setup, with brass urlis, fresh tuberoses, and lotus buds, shows my passion for detail. I ensure every element, no matter how small, contributes to a warm and harmonious atmosphere.
About this collection
You won’t find standardized 'off-the-shelf' setups in our work. Whether it is a massive reception stage or an 8x8 corporate booth, we treat every inch as if it is the focal point. We obsess over the details most people ignore—like fabric masking on venue walls or the exact timing of a pyro entry—because we know that when the event starts, you will notice the difference.
When we plan an event, we aren't just filling a venue with decor. We are trying to build a narrative. Take our work at Piramal Aranya for instance. It was a compact installation, but the amount of precision required to get the branding and lighting right was the same as a full-scale wedding.
We operate on the belief that a reception stage shouldn't just be a backdrop; it is the heart of the celebration. That is why we invest time in custom floorings, tiered floral arrangements, and structural lighting that complements the couple’s vibe. From our 'Pop Carnival' Haldi setups to the solemn elegance of a church aisle, our design philosophy remains consistent: create a space that feels like it belongs to the host.
Our process is heavy on logistics. We handle the vendor coordination, the site management, and the crisis planning so you don’t have to deal with vendor drama or last-minute technical glitches. Whether it is setting up an interactive perfume bar for an engagement or managing a seamless couple entry with cold pyros, we focus on the guest experience just as much as the aesthetics. If you are looking for an event planner who takes your vision as seriously as you do, and who refuses to cut corners, we are the team for you.
