- Entrance: Themed entrance arch (Balloon garland, floral drapes, or foam board).
Entertainment
- Activity Stations: Setup for 2 distinct zones (e.g., DIY Science or Art & Craft) including raw materials for 50 participants.
- Talent: Local 3-piece acoustic/percussion live band OR a professional corporate Emcee (90-120 Minutes).
Technical Setup
- Sound: PA setup suitable for 100 pax (2 Tops, 1 Subwoofer, 2 Cordless Mics, Digital Mixer).
- Lighting: 4 to 6 LED Par cans for stage wash.
Crew
- Staff: 1 Event Supervisor and 2 Ushers/Promoters.
