I believe in creating a complete sensory experience. For this Sangeet, I designed a massive, multi-layered LED stage with dynamic lighting that transformed the entire venue and brought incredible energy to the performances.
Your event doesn't have to be confined to a banquet hall. I planned this exclusive corporate meet for JITO on the Cordelia Cruise, handling all on-board branding and logistics to create a truly unique networking experience at sea.
I love executing a strong theme. For this corporate gala, we went all-in on a 1920s Gatsby theme, starting with an immersive entrance that instantly transported guests to another era.
A product launch needs to make a statement. For Caterpillar's 100-year milestone, I designed a stage and managed the technicals to celebrate a century of strength and launch their new wheel loader with impact.

I add interactive elements that make events memorable. A custom perfume bar at a private engagement party allowed guests to create their own unique scents, providing a personalized and engaging activity.

When we build a stage for a corporate event or plan a multi-day conference, we operate on a simple principle: if it does not work perfectly, it does not go on the floor. Whether it is an 8x8ft backdrop for a brand activation or a 24ft custom-fabricated stage for a large-scale product launch, we handle the lighting rigs, technical audio, and guest flow logistics ourselves. You won't find us handing off technical management to third parties, because we know that the difference between a good event and a seamless one is in the execution, not the ideas.
We have moved past the idea of just 'decorating.' Our approach to events is rooted in engineering the flow of the experience. From our work with Piramal Realty where stage aesthetics had to match brand premiumness, to planning logistics for the JITO family meet on a cruise ship, our focus remains on high-impact results.
What We Actually Do
- Technical Management: We take full ownership of the technical console. We handle P3 LED video walls, Line Array sound systems, and complex lighting rigs, ensuring your technical director and show callers have exactly what they need to execute.
- Brand Activation: For product launches like the Caterpillar 100-year milestone, we don't just put up a banner. We design immersive environments—custom arches, media walls, and activity zones—that force your brand message to the forefront.
- Logistics & Execution: Planning an event at an unconventional venue, like a cruise ship or an outdoor site, requires more than just a plan; it requires a backup plan. We manage the crew, the on-ground coordination, and the overnight setup schedules to ensure you do not have to worry about the logistics on the big day.
Why Our Process is Different
We refuse to settle for 'chalta hai' (it is fine). If a light is flickering, if the stage masking is not tight, or if the guest flow is congested, we fix it immediately. We believe an event is only as good as its weakest detail, which is why we keep most of our production, from stage fabrication to entertainment sourcing, in-house. This gives us total control over quality and timing, regardless of whether we are in a luxury hotel in Mumbai or on a ship at sea.
