I have always said we are in the business of building relationships, and that starts right here in our studio. Meet the 50 rockstars who turn every design dream into a reality.
People often ask how I manage so many projects, and the answer is simple: I have the best team in the world. This is us, the people who make Essajees Atelier what it is.

This is Nikhil, the backbone of our studio. He joined me when we were still working out of my dad's basement and is now one of our strongest leaders. When Nikhil is on a project, I know it will run smoothly.
Here I am with Vishal, one of our Senior Designers. He brings a quiet strength and patience to our team and has been a part of some of our most beautiful projects.
This is Aayushi, our Project Lead. She joined us over six years ago and has grown into an incredible leader who everyone on the team relies on.
Meet Amogh, our Project Manager. He is the smiling, problem-solving unicorn who has made our lives so much easier by ensuring all our projects run on time.

About Meet the Team
It is never just one person working on your home or restaurant. Every project we take on is assigned a dedicated lead who acts as your single point of contact, supported by a team of specialists, from our technical experts managing site coordination to the designers refining your 3D renders. This internal structure ensures your project stays on track and consistent, no matter the scale.
Building this studio was not a solo journey. When I started, it was just me in my dad's basement. Today, we are a family of 50, and our growth from those early days to where we are now is entirely thanks to the people who choose to build their careers here.
We call this project 'Humans of EA' because design is not just about the final render; it is about the people who sit at their desks for hours, the project leads who handle the tough site visits, and the team members who solve problems before they even reach you.
For example, Nikhil, one of our strongest leaders, was there when we were just starting out. He manages projects with a calm that keeps both our clients and the rest of the team at ease. Then there is Aayushi, who joined us as a junior and has grown into a leader who now guides her own projects with confidence. When you look at our work, you are seeing the combined effort of Vishal's patience, Amogh's relentless project tracking, and dozens of others who bring their unique sparks to the table.
We share this because we believe in transparency. There is no gatekeeping here. We want you to know exactly who is working on your space, the culture they operate in, and the collaborative spirit that ensures your project gets the attention it deserves. We are proud of our team, their individual journeys, and the strength they bring to every site we enter.
