For Otoki, a Japanese restaurant in Colaba, the goal was quiet strength. The space is calm and minimal, using a palette of warm woods, soft neutrals, and custom lighting to create a timeless, not trendy, atmosphere. It shows our ability to create a specific, rooted vibe.
I believe washrooms should surprise and delight guests. In the Koko Hyderabad ladies' room, we used bold crimson walls and custom-arched vanities made from a dramatic red and white marble to create a memorable, high-impact space that feels like a destination in itself.
Relaunching an iconic brand like Fountain Sizzlers meant honoring its past while looking to the future. We used a mix of classic checkerboard floors, rich red booths, and custom artwork to create a space that feels both nostalgic and modern, capturing the heart of old Bombay.
Our design process starts with detailed renders so clients can truly visualize the final space. For Fountain Sizzlers, we planned every detail, from the arched booth partitions to the custom art, ensuring the vision we presented was exactly what we delivered.
And here is the reality. Seeing our renders for Fountain Sizzlers come to life is the most rewarding part of the process. We pride ourselves on executing our vision with precision, ensuring the finished restaurant matches the dream we sold to the client.
It was an honor to be invited by Apple to give Tim Cook a one-on-one walkthrough of Indian art and architecture. Sharing my passion for design with someone who has shaped the world of design was an unforgettable moment and a validation of my family's 130-year history in art.

Why I Do This

Sometimes, even after all these years, I get a serious case of imposter syndrome. But every time I see people making memories in a space I designed, I know this is exactly where I'm supposed to be. I get to bring dreams to life, one project at a time.

My Approach

For me, hospitality design isn’t just about décor. It’s about creating a vibe that sticks with you. Every space is a balance of identity, function, and emotion. I dig deep into the concept, then obsess over the guest journey mapping in restaurants and bars - how people move, what they see first, even how the light lands on their table.

What I Love Building

  • Restaurants, bars, and big entertainment venues are my playgrounds
  • From bold statement entrance design for bars (like that wild red tunnel at Koko Hyderabad) to nostalgic relaunches (think Fountain Sizzlers, with Bombay-Mumbai feels)
  • Bespoke bar interiors, custom light fixtures, and washrooms that surprise you

The Details Matter

  • I sweat over the small stuff: custom marble bars, themed washrooms, even AC vents
  • For Dave & Buster’s, we turned boring AC ducts into arched ceiling features - integrated HVAC design for entertainment venues can actually look cool!

My Story

Started out with my dad, and we drove each other up the wall, honestly. I’m the Type-A one, he’s chill. Left the family gig, stubbornly wanted to do things on my own—even if it meant just designing bathrooms. Years of worrying, then suddenly I’m speaking to 2000 people! Wild. Now, 11 years in, expanding to Dubai, I finally asked dad for help. He’s proud, I’m grateful. Feels surreal.
