On the Drawing Board: Upcoming Projects
Before the dust and the noise, there is the vision. Here is a sneak peek into the spaces we are currently building, from sprawling homes in Kolkata to iconic dining spots in Mumbai.
Kicking off a dream project. We're designing a new 2,000+ sq. ft. restaurant at the iconic Intercontinental Hotel on Marine Drive, and we can't wait to create something truly special in this space with sweeping ocean views.
A quick walkthrough of the beautiful banquet hall at the Intercontinental Marine Drive that we will be transforming into a unique restaurant space. The high ceilings and incredible views are a fantastic starting point.
A render of the double-height living room for a 6,000 sq. ft. luxury home in Alipore, Kolkata. The design uses organic curves, a massive custom artwork, and statement chandeliers to create a sense of modern grandeur.
Another view of the Kolkata home's living area, showing the mezzanine level with its custom metal railing that continues the home's organic, flowing design language.
This render for the Kolkata home showcases a cozy nook with sculptural totems, vibrant art, and a unique ceiling light, demonstrating how we create artistic moments in every corner.
The full scale of the duplex living room in our Kolkata project render, highlighting the interplay between the grand chandeliers, the sweeping staircase, and the double-height marble wall.
A render of an intimate seating area in the Kolkata master bedroom, featuring a deep blue coffered ceiling and wall paneling to create a cozy, cocoon-like feel.
About this collection
These images are more than just visual concepts. For our current 6,000 sq. ft. Kolkata home or the Marine Drive restaurant project, we use these high-fidelity 3D renders to test every lighting angle and material choice long before construction starts. It allows us to solve architectural problems, such as concealing AC vents or optimizing floor traffic, while you still have the flexibility to make adjustments to your space.
Turning Vision into Built Reality
Design is rarely a linear path. When a client approaches us, they often have a feeling for what they want, but struggle to visualize how that translates into a functioning room. That is why our 'Drawing Board' phase is critical. Whether it is a luxury private residence in Alipore or a high-traffic restaurant at the Intercontinental, we don't just draw sketches; we build a virtual twin of your space.
Why We Obsess Over 3D Renders
We provide photorealistic renders for every project because we believe in transparency. By the time we break ground, you should know exactly what the room will look like, how the textures will feel under your hand, and how the light will hit your furniture in the evening. This eliminates the 'what-if' anxiety during construction and helps us stay on budget by finalizing material choices early.
Current Focus Areas
- Luxury Residential: We are currently shaping a 6,000 sq. ft. duplex in Kolkata, blending organic curves with classic modern lines. Our focus here is on creating 'gallery-like' moments while maintaining the comfort of a family home.
- Hospitality & Dining: We are transforming space at the iconic Intercontinental Marine Drive, focusing on high-ceiling architectural hooks and smart acoustic planning to ensure the view remains the focal point while the atmosphere stays intimate.
If you are planning a renovation or a new build, looking at our current pipeline gives you a clear idea of how we handle scale, materiality, and technical coordination. We invite you to explore these works-in-progress and reach out to discuss how we can bring your specific vision to life.
