About this collection

You will notice our coaches remain hands-on during every drill, particularly on the bars and rings. We do not instruct from the sidelines; we provide the direct physical spotting required to help your child safely navigate flyaways, kips, and handstands. This constant, close-range guidance is how we allow students to conquer their fears and master complex maneuvers while maintaining strict form.

Success on the bars, rings, and vault requires more than raw effort; it demands a precise blend of conditioning, technical form, and repetition. At our Bellandur and Jakkur facilities, we emphasize the foundational drills that act as the building blocks for these advanced apparatus skills.

Why These Apparatus Matter

Mastering the uneven bars, parallel bars, and vaulting table is central to artistic gymnastics. These apparatuses force the gymnast to engage their entire core and upper body, creating the 'gymnast's physique' known for strength and agility. Whether a student is performing a simple support hold or working toward a competitive flyaway dismount, the training remains the same: we focus on body tension and rhythm.

Our Training Approach

We divide training into clear progressions. Beginners start with grip drills, swing mechanics, and low-beam balancing to build confidence. As students advance to our competitive streams, the intensity shifts toward full routine choreography, connection of skills, and high-repetition conditioning on the vaulting table.

Safety First

Because these apparatuses involve height and momentum, safety is non-negotiable. Our gym is equipped with professional crash mats, foam pits, and high-standard spotting blocks. Our coaches, led by Master Gangadhar, use these to ensure every student learns the 'feel' of a move—such as the snap of a kip or the timing of a vault approach—without the risk of injury. If you are looking for a training center that balances rigorous discipline with a commitment to athlete safety, our doors are open.
