I don't just stand on stage. I use games like 'Bounce the Ball' or the 'Infinity Loop' to break the ice and get your team actually talking. Whether it is a corporate offsite in Goa or a team day in the city, I work with the crew to scope the venue beforehand so we do not waste time on tech checks when your team is ready to play.
Corporate offsites are often just about location, but the energy comes from the engagement. My approach is to move people out of their comfort zones—and away from their phones—using activities that are actually fun, not just filler.
How I Host Your Team Building
I curate 3 to 5 activities per session, from high-energy games like newspaper fashion shows to puzzle-based icebreakers that force collaboration. With my engineering background, I understand the need for structure and punctuality, but I also know that if a game is falling flat, we need to pivot immediately. I read the room and improvise so the energy stays up from start to finish.
Multilingual Engagement
Teams in India are diverse. I am fluent in English, Hindi, Kannada, Marathi, and Gujarati. If your team is more comfortable speaking in one language or a mix, I switch effortlessly to ensure everyone feels included, not just the people in the front row.
Practical Logistics
- Venue Coordination: I arrive 3 hours early to run soundchecks and ensure the layout works for the specific games we have planned.
- Travel: I frequently host offsites in places like Goa and am comfortable travelling to your chosen location.
- Customization: I don't have a 'one size fits all' script. We will jump on a few calls before the event to lock in the flow and the type of games that fit your company culture.
