Hosting the 40 Under 40 awards for Social Samosa was about celebrating the next generation of leaders. My job was to set the context, keep the energy up for every single award, and ensure the jury's hard work was honored.
The brief for this corporate annual event was "make it less formal and involve everyone." So, we turned it into 'Gangs of Mysuru,' with Bollywood dialogues and interactive sessions to ensure even the dignitaries had a blast.
