Pony Themed Birthday Package (30 Pax)
Venue & Decor
- Private Lawn: Exclusive 4 hour use of a 2,000 sq. ft. green lawn section near the stables.
- Furniture: Rustic setup with low picnic benches, hay bale seating, and umbrella shading.
- Theming: Equestrian style decor including bunting, checkered runners, and chalkboard signage.
Activities
- Pony Rides: 90 minutes of hand led rides on 2 to 3 trained ponies with professional grooms.
- Stable Tour: A 30 minute guided walk to see showjumping horses and learn about grooming.
- Interaction: Supervised session for kids to pet ponies and feed them carrots.
- Play: Access to a large outdoor bouncy castle on the lawn.
Catering (Ai Cavalli)

- Green Rooms: Access to 2 designated suites or changing rooms for artists or VIPs.
- Utilities: Connection to main power grid with backup generator support and perimeter security lighting.
- Facilities: Access to luxury restroom blocks and dedicated water points for catering.

- Staff: Includes parking marshals for 200+ cars, security guards, and housekeeping staff.

My Story
We’re EIRS, but honestly, most just call us Embassy. This place? It’s where riders dream big, horses become legends, and families cheer. Sometimes a kid’s first trot at our camp, sometimes one of ours winning gold far away. We’re all about the bond between rider and horse, trust and rhythm. Some of our own, like Dolce Vita, started here and made it big. We’re not just a school, we’re a bunch chasing the next win together.
