Community Football Coaching Initiative

We don't cut corners just because it is a community initiative. These kids run the same drills, learn the same discipline, and follow the same 'football language' as our private batches. We focus on quick feet, spatial awareness, and timing—skills that build confidence on the field and character off it. We are always looking for partners or venues to help us expand this reach. Our Approach to Grassroots Football

Football is a universal language, but access isn't always equal. Our Community Initiative at ESSB is about fixing that. We take the same coaching philosophy we use for our paid programs—discipline first, then technique—and bring it to government school students.

What the training covers:

• The Basics: We start with the football language: quick thinking, change of direction, and controlled movement. No random kicking.
• Discipline & Mindset: We teach kids to listen, focus, and work as a unit. This is about building confidence that they can take back to their classrooms.
• Professional Standards: Thanks to the support of partners like the Sportsdrome team, these children get to train on proper artificial turf. It makes a massive difference in how they learn the game.

Why We Do This

We know that talent is everywhere, but opportunity isn't. We run these sessions during off-peak hours to ensure these children get the same quality of turf and coaching that any other athlete would get. It is not charity; it is an investment in the next generation of players.
