About Hard Work & Victories
You see the trophies and 'Player of the Day' awards, but those recognitions aren't just for winning matches. They reward the kids who show up early, listen intently to tactical advice, and put in 100% effort even when they're tired. We track these small wins because they build the confidence needed for bigger challenges on the pitch.
Winning the Samurai Cup with our Under 10 team wasn't luck. It was the result of weeks of drilling the basics—quick feet, proper spacing, and maintaining the right defensive shape. At Elite Soccer School (ESSB), we treat training like a real match.
When you look at our trophy shelf, don't just see metal. See the moments where a child finally understood why they needed to move into space, or how they learned to communicate with their teammates during a huddle.
