- Staff: Senior coaches focusing on discipline and technical football concepts like spacing and timing.
- Structure: Includes agility warm-ups, technical drills (passing, receiving), and small-sided match play.
- Language: Primarily English instruction with occasional local phrases.

- Gear: Full professional set provided including agility ladders, cones, bibs, and match-quality balls.

About Community Football Initiative
Why We Do This
Football is for everybody, not just those who can pay. We started this Community Football Initiative so that kids from government schools can get the same shot at the game as anyone else. It's about more than sport - it's about giving every kid a real chance to grow and feel like they matter.
What To Expect
- Discipline comes first, but we keep things lively too. There’s no point if you can’t enjoy it, right?
- We teach the basics: quick feet, finding your space, and smart moves. But we also help you build confidence and pick up skills you’ll use way beyond the field.
- Our ground in JP Nagar has proper artificial turf and all the gear handled. You just come as you are, and we’ll take care of the rest.
- We know it can be scary to start something new. That’s why our coaches focus on making everyone feel welcome and supported no matter what.

My Story
Hey, welcome to Elite Soccer School. People ask me, how do you get good at football? I say, start with discipline. If you listen and focus, you’ll get there. We teach more than just kicking the ball – we show kids the real football language, quick feet, change direction, timing. But it’s not only about skills. We want kids to feel confident, have fun, and get motivated, whether it’s our tournaments or our free Government School Program. Here, you’re joining a family. Energy matters. A boring game? Not with us. ESSB is all about good vibes. ಅಲ್ವಾ? (Right?)
My Work
Age-Based Football Training - We coach kids from ages 3 to 16, with fun for little ones and tactical football coaching for older kids.
Discipline and Focus First - Before tricks, we build strong basics. Kids who listen and focus learn faster and better.
Real Football Language - No random instructions here. We teach quick thinking football drills and understanding space, time, and control.
Youth Football Tournaments - Kids play in our ESSB Super Cup and bigger leagues for match experience and confidence building.
Mentor Coaches - Our coaches are AFC licensed, KSFA affiliated, and always learning to be better mentors for your kids.
Fun and Seriousness, Balanced - Sessions are intense, but we keep the energy high and make sure everyone enjoys the game.
