About The Eklavya Community
When you join our academy, you are not just booking lane time. You are stepping into a cohort where senior shooters often mentor beginners and parents discuss progress over chai, not just scores. We intentionally cultivate this environment so that when you face the pressure of a competition, you feel the support of the entire academy behind you.
At Eklavya, we believe the mental game is won outside the lane. Our community is built on the simple idea that shared goals lead to better outcomes. We host guest sessions with national athletes, like our recent interaction with Para World Cup shooter Sonia Sharma, giving our students a chance to learn directly from those who have faced the pressure of the world stage.

Shooting requires intense, singular focus. Without a support structure, this can become isolating. We flip that dynamic. Our facility at Gottigere is designed to be a hub where shooters from all over—including athletes travelling from Hubballi and Tumkur—can connect.

- Parental Involvement: We recognize that behind every young shooter is a supportive family. We keep parents informed and involved, creating a transparent ecosystem where everyone understands the roadmap from foundation to state-level competition.
