About Additional Work
When you join our academy, you are not just signing up for range time; you become part of a competitive squad that travels together to state and national championships, from Hubballi to Chennai. This group dynamic is where our shooters learn to handle match pressure, with coaches and parents providing on-ground support and logistics, ensuring every athlete focuses solely on their performance.
Success in competitive shooting requires more than individual practice. It thrives on a support ecosystem that we have built over years of competing at the highest levels.
The Value of Competing Together
We make it a priority to travel as a team to major events, such as the South Zone Championships and various open competitions in Goa and Hubballi. This is not just for moral support. When shooters travel together, they get to observe different range conditions, manage the stress of foreign venues, and learn from one another's successes and setbacks.
Mentorship Beyond the Trigger
Our community culture means that senior shooters often mentor our juniors. You will frequently see our older athletes helping newcomers with their gear, posture, or competition etiquette. This peer-to-peer learning reinforces what our ISSF-certified coaches teach on the range.
A Collaborative Environment
We firmly believe that shooting is a team sport played by an individual. Parents are a core part of this structure, as they often join us at competition sites. Their involvement provides a sense of stability for our younger shooters, who are often competing for the first time. By the time our athletes step up to the firing line at a national event, they have already experienced that same environment during our intense preparation sessions, making the transition from training to winning natural.
