About Behind the Scenes & More
When you see our grazing tables or live pasta counters, it looks like magic, but there is a lot of hard work happening backstage. Sidhant and I personally manage the placement of every prop, from the rustic wooden boards to the mood lighting, because we believe the visual setup sets the stage for the first bite. We are not just dropping off food trays; we are there in the thick of it, ensuring your event flow is as smooth as the chaat plating you see in these photos.
Our approach to catering is built on the idea that you should enjoy your own party. When we show up at your venue in Delhi NCR, we bring more than just recipes. We bring the lighting, the copper ware, the fresh floral accents, and a team that knows how to keep the service invisible yet constant.
What Goes Into Our Setup
- The Live Experience: You see the live stations, but we see the logistics. We plan the space so your guests can move freely while our chefs toss pasta or assemble sushi. It is about balancing the speed of service with the quality of the dish.
- Table Scaping: The visuals matter. We use tiers and levels to make sure the food looks inviting from every angle. Whether it is a tray of mini Vada Pavs or a complex grazing board, we use props to create depth and interest.
- The Team Dynamics: Sidhant handles the kitchen while I focus on the presentation and guest experience. This division of labor means if a guest asks for a specific drink or needs a refill, there is always someone on our team who can handle it immediately.
