- Service Staff: Professional team for on-site setup (1-2 hours prior) and replenishment during the 3-4 hour service window.
- Serveware: Premium disposable bamboo/wooden plates and cutlery, or high-end melamine platters.

Curated Platters: Easy, Custom, Chatpata
Smaller gathering? Our platters are loaded, ready to eat, and customizable. Think mezze mixes, cheese and charcuterie platters, or even Indian festive spreads with chatpata bites. We switch things up for Diwali, Lohri, or whenever you want something different - Mexican, Sushi, breakfast in bed, you name it.
