About Our Spreads in Action
When we plan a spread, the goal is to balance aesthetics with guest flow. We often position our live stations away from the main seating area to create natural movement and prevent bottlenecks, especially in home or terrace settings where space is tight.
Our approach to event catering goes beyond standard buffet service. We use tiered wooden displays, slate trays, and focused lighting to turn the food layout into a focal point of the venue. Whether we are managing a corporate gathering or a housewarming party, the visual presentation is designed to complement the decor rather than crowd the space.
We work across various venues in the NCR, including event spaces like The Fun Burrow. For every booking, our team arrives early to manage the logistics of the setup. This includes arranging the buffet, calibrating live cooking stations, and ensuring our uniformed servers are positioned to handle the guest count effectively. Our standard for large events is a ratio of one server per 20 guests, which allows for consistent replenishment of appetizers without the need for guests to hover or wait.
We also customize the layout based on the venue constraints. If the event is in a private residence with limited space, we suggest compact grazing arrangements that maximize surface area. For larger, outdoor venues, we scale up with multi-level stations for both hot and cold items. Our team handles the entire setup, including the removal of all service materials, allowing you to focus on your guests.
