About Peak Fitness & Conditioning
You might think basketball is mostly about shooting, but the real advantage comes from what happens between the plays. In this conditioning cluster, we focus on agility ladders and vertical jump drills that prepare you to outrun the competition. It is not about endless jogging, it is about explosive movement that makes you a faster, stronger player on the court.
Basketball is an athletic game, and at ED Basketball Academy, we train our players to be athletes first. Our fitness program is built around the reality of the game: speed, agility, balance, and endurance. Whether you are a beginner or looking to compete, you need the stamina to last four quarters.
We train at the GD Goenka Public School in East Delhi, utilizing the synthetic outdoor court to maximize our movement. Our sessions run through agility ladders, sprint intervals, and vertical jump conditioning. You will hear us shouting 'Chalte reh, chalte reh' (keep going, keep going) because we know that conditioning is where the game is won.
We work with boys and girls aged 8 to 17, focusing on:
- Explosive Power: Improving your first step and vertical leap.
- Agility: Footwork drills that help you handle pressure and defensive slides.
- Endurance: Building the aerobic capacity to stay sharp when the game gets intense.
We believe in the grind. Expect to sweat, hustle, and get better every single morning. We do not have indoor backups, so we play rain or shine. Come ready to work.
