Advanced Basketball Training for Teens (Ages 13-17)
For players 13 to 17, basketball stops being just a game and becomes a test of strategy. We focus on game IQ and positional play at our East Delhi sessions.

About Senior Players (Ages 13-17)
At this level, it is not just about dribbling anymore. We prioritize game intelligence. You will spend as much time reading the court and positioning yourself for the pass as you will on the actual shooting form. It is about understanding the flow of the game before you even touch the ball.
For players in the 13 to 17 age group, the training shifts from basic motor skills to tactical execution. We run these sessions at the GD Goenka Public School in East Delhi, utilizing the outdoor synthetic court to mimic real match conditions.
We structure our senior program around three core pillars:
- Game Intelligence: You will learn to read defensive setups and make split-second decisions on when to drive or pass. It is about playing smarter, not just harder.
- Positional Play: We drill specific roles. Whether you are a guard or a forward, you need to understand your spacing and how to work with your teammates to break the opposition's defense.
- Physical Conditioning: The game demands speed and endurance. Our sessions include dedicated time for vertical jump conditioning, agility ladders, and sprints to ensure you can keep the intensity high for all four quarters.
We frequently host friendly matches against local teams, such as BVM Sports Academy, to put these skills to the test. These games are not just for winning; they are for identifying gaps in your game. We break down the footage and discuss what went right and where the coordination broke down.
If you want to play competitively, you have to commit to the grind. We expect all our senior players to come with their own basketball and a mindset ready for intense, high-energy coaching. You will be challenged, pushed, and held accountable, because that is what it takes to reach the next level.
