Behind the Console: My DJ & VJ Process
I spend most of my time in the studio rather than the club. This is a look at the technical process behind how I build, mix, and sync audio-visual sets for your events.

About Behind the Console
My performance is not a pre-recorded playlist. I build each set in the studio first, using Ableton to sync audio with custom motion graphics. This technical preparation allows me to create a seamless flow between genres like Punjabi, House, and Techno, ensuring the music hits exactly when the visuals change on your LED screens.
When you book me, you are getting the producer, not just a DJ. The work starts long before I reach the venue. I use Ableton 12 and OBS to construct sets from scratch, layering vocal samples and beats that are specific to the crowd I am playing for.
My Technical Setup
- Audio-Visual Sync: I do not just play songs. I manage a live VJ setup where my console feeds custom motion graphics to your LED screens. This ensures the vibe of the room changes with the music.
- Hardware: I rely on professional Pioneer DJ gear and Audio-Technica monitoring to ensure the sound quality is crisp, whether I am playing at a high-energy club in Jaipur or a wedding in Delhi.
- The 'Introvert DJ' Approach: People call me the quiet guy behind the console, but that is because I am focused on the mix. My energy goes into the technical execution—beat-matching, genre-blending, and managing the live percussion elements if I am working with a team.

Most DJs rely on standardized tracks. My approach allows for flexibility. If you want a specific fusion—like Sufi mixed with Techno or Punjabi vocals over UK Garage beats—I can produce those mashups in the studio before the event. This turns your Sangeet, Mehendi, or afterparty into an audio-visual experience rather than just a background playlist. I also offer a hybrid performance where I team up with percussionists like Dino Banjara to bring a live, organic energy that electronic music alone cannot replicate.
