Artist Performance & VJing
- Artist: Solo performance by Dvj Aashu (Ashutosh Verma) for up to 5 hours.
- Style: Technical mixing focused on seamless beat-matching and genre-blending (Bollywood, Punjabi, Techno, House) without excessive mic talk.
- Visuals: Live synchronization of music with custom visual loops and motion graphics projected on venue-provided LED screens.
Console & Tech
- Gear: Professional Pioneer DJ Console (CDJ 2000 NXS2/3000 or equivalent) and MacBook Pro workstation.
- Preparation: Consultation call for "Must Play/Do Not Play" lists and 2-3 custom mashups/edits for the event.

- Scope: This price covers the Artist and Console only. Venue must provide the main PA Sound System and LED Video Walls.

About Me
People usually see me as the quiet guy behind the console, but that's just because I get totally lost in my music. My main thing is creating a vibe, not just playing tracks. I spend most of my time in the studio, always trying out new sounds and building something fresh.
DJ + VJ: One Person, Both Worlds
I handle both music and visuals. It's not just about playing songs - I sync up custom visuals with every track, so the whole space feels different. The whole experience is more immersive, and you really feel the energy in the room.
Not Just a Playlist
Most gigs, I’m not alone. I usually team up with Dino Banjara on percussion - think Djembe, Darbuka, Bongos. We do these interactive jugalbandi sessions where we get the crowd involved, sometimes even turning it into a rhythm battle. Depending on the event, I bring in other artists too - sitar for a classical twist, or live Dhol for that full-on desi vibe.
Weddings and Beyond
I love helping couples create the exact vibe they want. For the baraat, I’ve got a mobile DJ setup, mixing beats with live dhol on the move. Haldi and Mehendi? I turn those into proper festivals, with music that actually gets people up and moving. Sangeet, receptions, afterparties - I switch up genres and energy to match every moment.
My Style
No fixed playlist. I blend Bollywood, Punjabi, Sufi, House, Hip-Hop, even folk stuff with electronic - whatever keeps the crowd buzzing. Every set’s different, because every crowd’s different.

My Story
People see me, Dvj Aashu, behind the decks, quiet guy in the middle of all the noise. I joke - 'That’s what an introvert DJ looks like!' But my world’s bigger than just the party. Studio is my happy place, messing with Ableton, mixing Pandit Birju Maharaj’s voice with some mad urban beats, or blending folk with melodic house. I get to create with my crew, play with Dino Banjara and DJ Jazz, from Jaipur weddings to Kolkata fests. For me, peace and joy is in creating something new, one beat at a time.
