About Pilates for Core Strength & Recovery

This isn't a generic fitness class. Our clinical Pilates sessions are 60 to 75 minutes long, led by physiotherapists who understand your injury history, not just gym instructors. Whether you are recovering from an ACL reconstruction or dealing with chronic back pain, we use the Reformer, Cadillac, and stability chairs to strictly control your load while building the specific core strength you need to get back to your sport or daily life.

While Pilates is often seen as a fitness tool, we use it as a powerful rehabilitation modality. In a clinical setting, we leverage the resistance of springs and the precision of the Reformer to safely re-engage muscles that have gone dormant due to injury or surgery.

Why Clinical Pilates?
