About Post-Surgical Rehabilitation
Why We Do What We Do
For us, rehab is "seva" - something we do from the heart. Helping people get back to their sport, their work, or just life without pain is what keeps us going. Our clinic started with just me, but now, we're a close-knit group of physios all working together to support your recovery.
How We Guide Your Recovery
Surgery is just the starting point. The real challenge is getting your strength and confidence back. We’re here to walk every step with you - from managing pain early on, to rebuilding movement, then training you hard for your comeback. Each stage is planned so you can return stronger than before.
- ACL post-surgery rehab is a specialty of ours. We’ve helped footballers and cricketers get back in action, sometimes faster than expected.
- Shoulder surgery physiotherapy is another area where we’ve seen solid results, helping folks regain full function.
- We also take on tricky cases like Achilles surgery and neck injuries, supporting everything from busy professionals to aerial yoga fans.
What Your Rehab Looks Like
We start slow, focusing on controlling swelling and gentle movement. As you heal, we add exercises for range, foundational strength, and balance - think BOSU balls and stability pads. When you’re ready, we crank it up: plyometric drills, agility work with cones and ladders, plus advanced strength moves like single-leg deadlifts and kettlebells.
Tailored Just for You
No cookie-cutter plans here. Every rehab program is built around your goals, your body, and what you want to get back to. We use proven techniques, but we listen to you. Recovery isn’t always smooth - some days are tough, but we’re with you for the whole journey. Injury isn’t the end. It’s just a new chapter.

My Story
Started out solo, now we’re a team of fifteen—feels like family. Time just zipped by, but every patient’s win still hits home. One auntie with grade 3 osteoarthritis trekked to Everest Base Camp after her rehab, sent us pics. That’s what keeps us going. Guru Nanak Dev Ji said, real purpose is serving others. Whether it’s para-athletes, cricketers, or free camps at the Gurudwara, it’s all seva. Getting folks moving again is our real trophy.
My Work
All Kinds of Physiotherapy - Sports injuries, ACL reconstruction rehab, neck/back pain, hip mobility, rotator cuff, knee osteoarthritis, pelvic floor physiotherapy, and online sessions.
Hands-On & Personal - We don’t do cookie-cutter. Every plan is tailored—manual therapy, muscle activation, kinetic control, long-term strength.
For Athletes & Regular Folks - We work with MMA fighters, IPL cricketers, marathoners, and even those dreaming of Everest Base Camp injury recovery.
Teamwork All the Way - You get the brains of our whole crew, not just one physio. We plan together for what suits you best.
Keep You Moving - Goal’s simple: freedom to move, freedom to live. No injury should stop you from chasing what you love.
