This 3-week plan is built on four pillars for skin health. We focus on deep hydration, improving gut health which is directly linked to skin clarity, loading up on antioxidants to fight damage, and ensuring enough protein and healthy fats for repair.

These are your daily non-negotiables for all three weeks of the plan. Simple habits like drinking enough water, eating fruits and vegetables, getting adequate sleep, and limiting sugar are more powerful than any serum. Consistency is the key to building healthy skin.

Week 1 is all about detox and hydration. The goal is to calm inflammation and reduce bloating by focusing on light, nourishing meals like dosa or oats for breakfast and a balanced lunch. This initial phase helps reset your system for calmer, clearer skin.

In Week 2, we focus on nourishing and repairing the skin. I introduce foods and drinks like beetroot juice and aloe vera that support collagen production and strengthen your skin barrier. The result is a brighter, smoother skin texture.

By Week 3, the focus shifts to maintaining your glow and preventing future breakouts. We incorporate anti-inflammatory ingredients like turmeric and ensure meals are light yet protein-rich to sustain your results for an even skin tone.
