I created this 3-week "Radiance Reset" plan because I believe healthy skin is built, not bought. It's not a science-based approach to eating that calms skin inflammation, supports your gut, and gives you a natural, lasting glow. *Aapke plate se hi shuru hota hai*.

This 3-week plan is built on four pillars for skin health. We focus on deep hydration, improving gut health which is directly linked to skin clarity, loading up on antioxidants to fight damage, and ensuring enough protein and healthy fats for repair.

These are your daily non-negotiables for all three weeks of the plan. Simple habits like drinking enough water, eating fruits and vegetables, getting adequate sleep, and limiting sugar are more powerful than any serum. Consistency is the key to building healthy skin.

Week 1 is all about detox and hydration. The goal is to calm inflammation and reduce bloating by focusing on light, nourishing meals like dosa or oats for breakfast and a balanced lunch. This initial phase helps reset your system for calmer, clearer skin.

In Week 2, we focus on nourishing and repairing the skin. I introduce foods and drinks like beetroot juice and aloe vera that support collagen production and strengthen your skin barrier. The result is a brighter, smoother skin texture.

By Week 3, the focus shifts to maintaining your glow and preventing future breakouts. We incorporate anti-inflammatory ingredients like turmeric and ensure meals are light yet protein-rich to sustain your results for an even skin tone.

This is not a crash diet or a magic pill. I have designed this 3-week protocol to address the root cause of your skin inflammation by focusing on gut health, protein intake, and hydration. You will move through three specific phases, Detox, Nourish, and Glow, to repair your skin barrier naturally.

The 3-Phase Protocol

Week 1: Detox and Hydration We start by calming your skin and reducing bloating. This phase is about stripping away the 'marketing ka jhol' and getting back to basics. We focus on lemon water, soaked nuts, and light, nutrient-dense breakfasts to reset your system.

Week 2: Nourish and Repair Once the inflammation settles, we shift to building. We introduce ingredients like aloe vera, beetroot, and specific proteins to support collagen production and strengthen your skin barrier. This is where you start to see that internal brightness.

Week 3: Glow and Maintain This final week is about longevity. We incorporate anti-inflammatory powerhouses like turmeric and maintain a protein-rich intake to ensure your results don't just fade away once you stop the plan.
